I tried other phones and services, but nothing came close to the w810i. Great reception. Perfect Walkman music player, and a nice 2 megapixel camera. All in a nice small package. Although the Walkman and camera are wonderful, you're supposed to buy these things as phones first. This one does not disappoint. Couldn't be happier with it.

Buy used from: $449.12 When I upgraded my TV to High Def, I needed a TiVo to go with it. Again, it's plenty of money to buy, and HDTV sucks up that 500GB disk pretty quick. But you can hook up that old rooftop antenna and get Over The Air HDTV for free, and it's more impressive than DVDs (even the high definition and BluRay ones).

I paid a couple of hundred extra to get that red spot that says Leica on it. But I'm a 35mm Leica film camera user from the 70's, and even though you can get the exact same camera (not as stylish, though) with Panasonic's name on it. I just had to have the Leica logo. Great pictures in a subcompact sized box. ometimes you gotta splurge for a little nostalgia...
